Who we are

Our journey began as a group of friends, each working in different careers focused on children. Despite our dedication, we often felt like we were falling short - wishing we could do more to truly make a lasting impact on the lives of the kids we worked with. We realized that the time we spent with them, though meaningful, wasn’t enough to create lasting change. That’s when we asked ourselves: What if we could extend our influence beyond the child and reach the people who have the most impact on their lives - you?

That’s when we came up with the idea of consulting with a child’s "tribe" - those of you who surround and support them every day. By offering one-on-one support, we’re doing the heavy lifting for you, giving you the knowledge and strategies needed to understand your child better. We train you on how to implement these strategies in your day-to-day interactions, so you feel more confident and equipped to support the child in the most impactful way possible. Our goal is to empower you with the tools and support to make a meaningful difference in the child’s life, creating lasting change that extends beyond our time together.
